We are thrilled to bring you our fifth year of MKE Goat Yoga™!
Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Social™ with their baby dwarf goats to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable little goats.
Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure to be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... and we'll even help you achieve those photo worthy poses!
We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus just to name a few, but why add the goats?
Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood.... and baby goats are really damn cute!

In the event of poor weather, outdoor sessions will be moved indoors when possible. Refunds are only issued in case of cancellation due to class size restrictions.
